Rather than just delete my blog I decided to just make a post. I will no longer be accepting orders for high chair pads. My life is just too busy now to find time to sew and I don't seem to be as good at it as I once was. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please do not email me with requests anymore. Thank you.

Fabric update

I've had several requests for an updated posting of fabric options. So, here you go. This is what I have here at my house. If you prefer to send your own fabric, I'd love that because the customer's own fabric make the best high chair pads! I can also get a variety of solid colors. The cost of a replacement high chair pad is $60 and I email a Paypal invoice for payment. The customer does not need a Paypal account.

Since it has been a while since I posted a blog entry, I figured I'd better let everyone know that yes, I am still making high chair pads, car seat covers, and hooded bath towels. Safety straps for high chairs

I just had a customer email me and tell me she is not happy with her new high chair pad because it does not have safety straps. Let me be clear. I do not sell safety straps. I do not add them to the high chair pads. The customer is responsible to ensure that the high chair is safe for the child. I believe that strapping may be purchased by the yard at craft and fabric stores.

Some of my favorite high chair pads are for wooden chairs. The wooden chairs just work beautifully with the fabric chair pads. Really the best pads are the ones with the customer's own fabric. However, this black toile high chair pad on the black wooden high chair is absolutely gorgeous! This is definately my current favorite.

I also love this john deere fabric on this wooden chair. This pad slips over the back of the chair so that there are less ties. I can make the chair pad to the customer's request.
